Location
Situated just off Seminyak's trendy Jalan Laksmana, Heliconia Villas accesses the main street via a private laneway and is within convenient walking distance to enjoy some of the areas most talked about restaurants and nightlife venues. The nearby beachfront provides an excellent spot for some early morning exercise and is patrolled by lifeguards particularly in front the luxury resorts of the area. The revered Petitenget Temple is also close by and offers travelers' glimpses of Bali's Hindu traditions and elaborate rituals.

Newly renovated and refurbished two-floor villas named 2-Storey Villas, coming with special private facilities: private swimming pool with sun lounging space, cold and hot water, cable channel TV, Wi-FI internet access, peaceful, comfortable ambience, 24-hour security and at reasonable price. The 2-storey villas are suitable for business and holiday travelers, available for one- or two-bedroom. 2-Storey Villa 1 is specially made with the garden view. Whenever you need time to rest, just sit and relax at our garden and hear the bird songs in the morning. 2-Storey Villa 2 has two traditional and Balinese style bedrooms which as designed to have the feeling of our Balinese home. The surrounding garden around living room will made you feel like already staying in Bali for a long time.
